And what is Fall Fitness? Imagine a morning of fitness-centered activities that promote a healthy lifestyle and positive well-being. From gentle yoga classes that inspire focus and spur on motivation, to tumbling and gymnastics teaching balance and coordination, and soccer exercises to strengthen dexterity, each year the CUPS campus is home to a variety of fitness stations that classes rotate throughout the event. Our CUPS Keiki come together and enjoy a day of fun in the sun and moving their bodies with friends and 'Ohana alike. Parents even join their children in stretching, running, shooting goals, and getting their inner athlete out.
And what better way to show the community that you care about Keiki and their health than supporting this annual FUNdraiser?
