Ninety-seven years ago, a simple idea blossomed into reality. A preschool was established with the vision of creating a legacy—one that would provide our Keiki with a thriving and vibrant program dedicated to serving children and families from diverse backgrounds across the island. Although the campus has undergone many changes throughout the past nine decades, Central Union Church Preschool (CUPS) has remained a joyful and nurturing environment, steadfast in its commitment to offering high-quality early childhood education and care.

However, educating the whole child and fostering a lifelong love of learning requires additional support. In response, Dazzle was established to raise funds for the Preschool’s Five E’s, which are essential to maintaining and enriching our program:
•Educational Opportunities – Supporting faculty development so teachers can strengthen their skills and remain current with emerging curriculum trends.
•Environments – Enhancing the campus and outdoor spaces where our Keiki learn, explore, and play.
•Endowment – Investing in the long-term stability and future of CUPS.
•Events – Enriching community experiences such as Christmas Chapel and Lei Day, where our Keiki share song and dance with the CUPS ‘Ohana. And most importantly,
•Economic Diversity – Sustaining our tuition assistance program, which ensures access for a unique and diverse community of children.

Central Union Church Preschool is honored to host the 21st Annual Dazzle on Friday, April 10, 2026, at the Alohilani Resort in Waikīkī. This year’s theme, “Together We Can,” reflects our belief in the power of unity and shared purpose. As the familiar saying reminds us, “Alone we can do so little; together, we can do so much.” Through this guiding message, we hope to inspire our CUPS Keiki to recognize that with unity and encouragement, they can accomplish anything.
                                                                           
Dazzle is truly a memorable evening. Some of the island’s top chefs will provide delicious tasting plates to share with ‘Ohana and friends—including YOU. Guests are also invited to bid on an exciting array of packages and items in both our online silent auction and our live auction, hosted by master auctioneer Eric Schiff. The live auction will take place at the event, while the online silent auction will be hosted on our event website. And we hope to have YOUR SUPPORT this year to make Dazzle a success once again.
